Forgot your password?
Use the "Forgot password?" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. The link is valid for 24 hours. Clicking it opens a page where you can set a new desktop app password.
Creating a new desktop password
If you purchased a subscription through the Overflight website but have never set a desktop app password, click "Create desktop app password" on the sign-in screen. Enter your purchase email address and follow the confirmation steps sent to your inbox.
Password reset or confirmation link not working?
Password reset and email confirmation links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired or returns an error, return to the sign-in screen and request a new link using "Forgot password?".
Resetting your password
After clicking the reset link in your email, you will be taken directly to a screen where you can choose a new password (at least 8 characters). Once saved, sign in with your new password to continue.
